Lykankult plays raw uncompromised black metal with a dark melodic touch to it.
One get the feeling of the glorious early 90's when one could hear the feelings and the passion in the bands music.
The production is rather low-fi but it suits the music and the vocals are mostly high pitched screams with a few spoken words in between.
This is pure darkness all the way and even the organ used amplify the dark mode that is set once Lykankult starts playing.
This is what underground black metal sounded like when I started listening and this surely brings some nostalgia to the table.
Children Of Wotan contains six tracks of pure raw emotions!
Well worth a listen if you're into raw black metal the old way.
