ACHERON: Kult des Hasses Out Now; Album Preview, Interview Video Now Playing at Decibel Magazine

Underground Death Metal legends ACHERON are back with a vengeance in the form ofKult des Hasses. The band's newest long-player, and first since inking a deal in blood with Listenable Records, is by far their most relentless and devastating.

New Noise Magazine's Eric May called the disc "absolutely essential," while Alice Roques of RockRevolt Magazine states "the album as a whole is a blood drenched sonic landscape full of decadent morsels of musical flesh." Decibel Magazine is getting in on the action as well with their exclusive album preview/video interview featuring ACHERON founder Vincent Crowley. Check it out at this location.

Kult des Hasses is available on CD and vinyl formats at the link below:

On Kult des Hasses, ACHERON founder Vincent Crowley has been joined on this album by longtime drummer Kyle Severn and guitarist Art Taylor. Also appearing on the record as a guest lead guitarist is Ricktor Ravensbruck from the bands WOLFPACK 44, ELECTRIC HELLFIRE CLUB and WOLFEN SOCIETY. Kult des Hasses was recorded in Cleveland, Ohio at Bad Back Studios and mixed and mastered by Dan Swano of Unisound.

Guest vocalists on Kult des Hasses include Kam Lee (Ex-MASSACRE, THE GROTESQUERY and BONE GNAWER), Jim Lippucci (SOULLESS), John McEntee (INCANTATION/FUNERUS), Jill McEntee (FUNERUS), Ash Thomas (ESTUARY/FAITHXTRACTOR) and Zdenka Prado (ESTUARY).

"Numerous songs are charged and possessed by twisted, vile riffs, chaotic yet sometimes melodic solos and that underlying atmosphere which, when seperated completely from the burgeoning instrumentation, could well be mistaken for the background noise of a Satanic ritual." [4/5] - SputnikMusic.com

"Whether Kult des Hasses is the band's strongest effort to date we will leave for others to decide, but for death metal with the bravery and skill to be so much more, this is one magnificent offering." [9/10] - RingMasterReviews

Goregast - Covered In Skin - Review

Goregast Covered in Skin
FDA Rekotz Release: 27 September 2013

They are back!... This time with a two track seven inch EP which is an appetizer for what will be their fourth full-lenght.

Just by looking at the cover one can tell what music this is ,or should be, and I love it.
Let's go back to the music which is classic death metal, mostly grinding mid tempo.
This is very catchy stuff indeed with good melodies and brutal vocals, everything is set for a perfect death metal night.
This is my first meeting with Goregast even though they have released 3 albums previously.
There is not much more to say about this release really other than if you like classic death metal with good variation, quality and something to bang your head to while annoying the neighbours this is it.

After the release of their third full-length album, Desechos Humanos, in 2011, GOREAST returns with the 11-minute, two-track 7” EP, Covered in Skin. The EP includes two new studio recordings, which will serve as an appetizer for their upcoming fourth offering (set for a spring 2014 release). Totally rancid, dark, intense and catchy classic death metal rotten to the bone. Mixed and mastered again by Andreas Hilbert (Golem), coverartwork by Dedy (Badic Art). GOREGAST shows an awesome example of varied and independently metal of death.

Hellpath (Brazil) About to release their first EP

All of a sudden I got a message from William Da Cruz ,the bassplayer today with some info and a video from their upcoming EP and I have to admit that the track became an instant classic more or less.
I listen to a lot of music these days, but this one immediatly caught my interest after 20 seconds of listening and this is a band I'm eager to hear more from!

It will come with a guarantee that says"if your head don't bang to this you'll get your money back"
If this doesen't bang your head then what do?

Hellpath is a southern Brazilian Heavy Metal band with guttural vocals. Since 2006 composing its own songs. The band is formed by Tadeu de Oliveira and Richard Felix on the guitars, Thiago Müller on the vocals, William da Cruz on the bass and Rodolfo Pacheco on the drums. Hellpath is currently in studio, recording its first EP which will have 4 songs out of the 11 made by the band throughout the years. According to the band, "the songs are fast, agressive, melodic and with good riffs". The lyrics travel between social issues, politics and religion, and sometimes playing with
